Our conference facilities, with the latest in modern technology and space of 1200 m2 can accommodate up to 1500 delegates, is unrivalled anywhere on the
Bodrum Peninsula.

The special architectural design of our large ballroom "Grand Phaselis" allows it to be divided into 3 separate conference rooms. The foyer of the ballroom
has sea view and can accommodate all kind of exhibitions, trade shows and all your food and beverage needs with its 640 m2.

In addition to the conference centre we have facilities for holding meetings, workshops or training sessions including 12 committee rooms and 3 functions
rooms (2 up to 200 person, 1 up to 80 person). All facilities can be used for various needs such as seminars, business congress, concerts or meetings of the
press. 

HOTEL
The impressive architecture and the innovative design of the interior give your hotel an extraordinary ambience. In the Main Building you will find the
reception, Lobby Bar, Turkish coffee corner, an inviting sitting group to linger as well as the air-conditioned main restaurant with non smoking area and a
terrace with a beautiful sea view.
 
To the hotel furthermore belong generous conference rooms with the most modern equipment, a hairdresser and several shops, as well as the generous Wellness
Centre (2000 m2) with high-grade facilities such as two saunas, several massage and treatment rooms for face and body care, a freshwater and a seawater indoor
pool.

ROOMS

The large (39 m2) and elegant 490 Luxury Guest Rooms with 1200 beds including 2 King Suites and 46 Junior Suites have all possible comfort and are located in
2-3 storied complexes built into the landscaped grounds.

Junior Suits (2+1) have a bedroom with bath and WC and a king size bed. A separate sleep-living room has a sofa bed and an additional en suite toilet. The
other facilities are as in the Luxury Rooms.

Your Villas designed for perfect serenity and comfort. All eleven spacious Deluxe Villas each on its own garden with private pool and five bedrooms, including
one master bedroom with en-suite sauna and Jacuzzi. Each guest bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with telephones, safes, mini bars and Sat-TVs. Each
Villa has also full-equipped kitchens and one spacious living room. This self-contained Villas are designed for families, small groups and couples traveling
together and also an ideal venue for weddings, meetings and family gatherings. The homes are private yet guests can easily access the Deluxe Resort’s varied
facilities and services.
